Recently, my family went on a weekend trip to Gatlinburg. My advice is to avoid the roads, pack a lunch, and aim for the mountains! We hiked around Grotto Falls one afternoon, went Zip-Lining the next day, and did a lot of chilling and hot tubbing at the cabin.

Mom made french toast casserole for breakfast along with crispy bacon and fresh berries. We brewed some hot coffee with a chemex, and then did a little gaming upstairs.
